March 26, 2009 Tax Debate Increase Expected Starting 1st April 2009 The executive meeting of the State Council made a decision that China will raise the tax rebate rate on some textile, iron and steel, nonferrous metal, petrochemical, electronic information and light industrial exports starting 1st April 2009.
