If you do, the factory you work with must hold its own Export Licence – if it does not, you aren’t buying direct, even if you’ve been to the factory and have seen your products being made there.

This is something which our Buying Office clients are often able to do, as they do not have to pay commissions to the Export companies normally needed when foreign companies buy from Chinese factories.
