Richard Archer-Perkins FCA
CEO

Richard is the founder and CEO of ET2C International Inc. As a qualified Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom, Richard has had extensive experience in various industries throughout his career which has culminated in the founding of ET2C International Inc 10 years ago. Richard has lived in China for more than 12 years and has an excellent understanding of what is required to succeed in procurement from Low Cost Countries. It is Richard's vision to increase the transparency of our client's supply chains by granting them access further upstream and thereby increasing their efficiency.

Simon Archer-Perkins
Director

Simon began his career at Ernst & Young LLP in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS). Using this expertise, he plays an active role within the company’s financial department and has developed an understanding of the Chinese business environment and the impact of foreign companies purchasing from the Chinese manufacturing base. Working with clients across ET2C’s services, he has gained experience of a wide range of clients (SMEs through large retailers) and has worked with them to manage their supply chains most effectively. Currently working out of the Hong Kong office, he also manages client accounts based in Hong Kong as well as solicit new opportunities from within the local market.

Jamie Archer-Perkins
Director and General Counsel

Jamie started his career as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with corporate law firm Herbert Smith LLP in the City of London. As well as being General Counsel of ET2C International Inc, Jamie now manages the New York Office of ET2C International where as well as soliciting new clients, he manages our existing customer base and acts as a conduit in the same time-zone to Asia. His experience at ET2C International Inc covers a wide variety of products (ranging from Fashion Apparel and Accessories through to industrial components (plastics and steels)) and a number of tailored supply chain solutions which have been implemented successfully for our clients.

Vivian Zhu
General Manager

In Jan 2009, Vivian was promoted from the VP and Operations Director to become General Manager of ET2C International Inc. In this role, Vivian is responsible for the Trading Division, Purchasing and Sales & Marketing. With almost a decade of experience in trading, Vivian brings a valuable understanding of customer-driven strategy. She plays a key role in the day to day management of the business and applies retail marketing and merchandising principles to tailor supply chain solutions for our clients. Vivian graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
